Job Summary:
The Staff Assistant – Human Resources will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance records, and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, overtime, attendance).
- Prepare HR letters, memos, reports, and documentation as required.
- Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary administrative support.
- Coordinate HR-related activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative role (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented.
