Title: Investigation Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct inquiries into motor claims and fraud cases, especially relating to general and motor insurance.
- Travel across Sri Lanka for field investigations.
- Prepare clear, factual, and objective reports for further review.
- Support team performance through assigned tasks and effective communication.
- Contribute to operational efficiency by working collaboratively to meet departmental goals.
- Identify and recommend training needs for self-development and team support as necessary.
Qualifications & Pre-requisites:
- Must be a retired Police Officer with a rank of Inspector or higher.
- Must be below 65 years of age.
- Sound knowledge and experience in conducting investigations, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent report-writing skills with attention to detail and clarity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
