Job Summary:
The Management Trainee program is designed to groom fresh graduates or early professionals into future leaders of the organization. The trainee will gain exposure to different business functions, develop leadership skills, and work on projects under the guidance of senior managers. This role involves learning company processes, contributing to business goals, and preparing for managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across various departments.
• Assist managers in day-to-day operations, project execution, and business decision-making.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support business strategies.
• Gain a deep understanding of company policies, procedures, and workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and present recommendations to management.
• Engage in leadership development activities, mentorship sessions, and performance reviews.
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility, leading to a future managerial role.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of work experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• High adaptability and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new tools/technologies.
