Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The role involves coordinating with clients, preparing reports, managing documentation, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in daily operations and customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Track sales performance and follow up with clients to support business development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Support the planning and execution of sales events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
