Reports to: Admissions Manager / Head of Enrolment

Job Summary

The Student Enrolment Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective students from inquiry to enrolment. This role involves guiding applicants through the admission requirements, providing information about programs and services, and supporting the institution in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle student inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
  • Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and deadlines.
  • Guide prospective students through application and enrolment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions in the admissions database/CRM.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with applicants.
  • Support in organizing student recruitment activities such as open days, seminars, school visits, and education fairs.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to streamline the admissions process.
  • Assist in preparing reports on student inquiries, conversions, and enrolment statistics.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements in admissions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to prospective students, parents, and guardians.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or customer service (education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Admissions software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet enrolment targets.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service orientation with a professional and approachable manner.
